In this first phase of the surf lessons, we will teach the basics of surfing, know the equipment, lay down on the board, paddle, sit, move the board in water, choose a wave, duck dive, stand up on the board. But also understand the basics of the natural variables that affect the beach chosen for the practice, its winds, tides, swells and sea bottoms.
It is also very important to learn the safety rules to avoid any kind of accident at sea. And enjoy the unique feeling of riding a waves.
This is the most important phase of surfing. It is essential to consolidate these first steps and to have a correct evolution for the autonomy in the future.
